A Brief Introduction…

I’ve created this page as a way to showcase my most recent work as a copywriter.

As a little bit of background, I’m a graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication and Media with a degree in Advertising/PR as well as a certificate in Digital Marketing.

My specialty is writing about food, travel and hospitality after having spent the last eleven years working as a professional pastry chef for some of the biggest names in the culinary industry.

I am fascinated by the culture, stories and personalities that exist in this world and my ultimate goal is to share those experiences through writing.
